'Maybe this isn't the hotel for you'
A hotel has hit back with a sassy response after a guest claimed their room was dirty and that there was 'nothing on' for New Year at the venue.
But one slammed their stay at the hotel, particularly their New Year experience. The reviewer said that their room was 'small' and 'unclean' and that the hotel hadn't put enough effort in to make the New Year celebration special. "The bathroom was not cleaned very well underneath the washbasin was dirty and inside the shower was chipped with multiple holes on one wall were the toilet holder had been previously. New Year’s Eve we went for breakfast to find a queue outside the dinning room.
The manager of the Royal Seabank Hotel was quick to clap back at these claims, stating that he 'refutes the comments' made about the cleanliness of the hotel, and suggests that the venue 'may not be the hotel' for the guests.
