A HOME in Bolton has gone on sale for the same price as a garage in London - but it needs a bit of work.

The Bolton property has a hall, reception room and kitchen on the ground floor while the first floor sees a landing, two bedrooms and a bathroom.Pictures advertised on Zoopla, a price comparison website, shows paint falling from the ceiling and walls. Both bedrooms have wooden slats as flooring while most of the paint inside has peeled off, leaving a ghastly grey finish.
Meanwhile, the hallway is painted pink and the bathroom, which has a modern shower/bath installation, is in urgent need of a lift.and goes on auction on September 9 at 9am.
