The Traitors star Maddy Smedley is making a guest appearance on Hollyoaks as Faye Fuller - a 'cutthroat' talent agent who starts to clock Raine's dark side
Maddy Smedley stole the hearts of the nation during her stint on BBC One show The Traitors, where, as a righteous Faithful, she was determined to identify the baddies in the castle.
As well as EastEnders, Maddy landed small roles on Casualty before taking part in The Traitors. Hollyoaks, however, is her first guest star spot – and the first soap she’s filmed while pregnant. The Traitors favourite admits she was starstruck when filming with Jemma and Owen. “When you think, ‘Oh my God, I know you from Hollyoaks and I’m A Celeb’ – that was a bit daunting. But they act like normal humans,” she assures us. “I used to watch [Hollyoaks] and talk about it with friends before school started. I wonder what little me would be thinking now.”
