Historic West Lancs restaurant listed for sale after two years sat empty
An historic restaurant has gone on the market after sitting empty since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The restaurant, in Wrightington, West Lancashire, has now gone on sale through estate agents Fleurets with an asking price of £600,000. While it could remain as its previous use, a transformation to housing is suggested as the most likely alternative.According to the listing, the restaurant remains fully fitted out and comes with the opportunity for a quick reopening.
