Plans are well under way for the event in Harrogate’s Royal Hall and Convention Centre on October 28 to 30, organised in partnership with arguably one of the best chefs in the country, Leeds’ own Marco Pierre White. Other chefs taking part include Pierre Koffmann and Jean-Christophe Novelli.
You will also here from the man himself about how he reimagined favourites like sausage and mash and fish and chips, as well as more exotic food pairings. “To have the backing of a gastronomic great like Marco gives The Great White Festival amazing kudos and we can’t wait to showcase everything the fabulous county of Yorkshire has to offer, supported by some amazing brands from around the world.
