Six-year-old Louis could be seen hugging his younger sister Elsie, one as he took a break during his football match. She captioned the post: "She's meant to be supporting him. Big brother's biggest fan."It comes after Louis celebrated his sixth birthday earlier this month. Helen shared the heartwarming family moment with her Instagram followers.
Helen competed on Strictly Come Dancing last year and made it all the way to the final with pro partner Gorka Marquez. The pair missed out on the Glitterball Trophy, as Hamza Yassin won the series alongside pro dancer Jowita.
