Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals have been brutal for Helen Skelton as she is preparing for the big weekend in Blackpool.
To celebrate this huge homecoming for the show, Strictly musical directors have gone all out by selecting songs from Hugh Jackman, Destiny's Child and more for the top eight couples. But it won't be a slow musical number for On The Farm's Helen Skelton who will be performing the quickstep.Helen and Gorka have been updating fans throughout their Strictly journey, and yesterday , Gorka shared how they have been getting on in rehearsals on his Instagram story.
Gorka said: "We learn the quickstep. We do one song and then we sit. It is like a tennis match. We've been running it since four o'clock."
