Helen Flanagan has praised her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair and dubbed him 'the best thing that ever happened to me' in a recent video, calling their relationship "really special."It comes 11 months on from the shock news that the couple had decided to part ways, reports the Mirror. The star - who is best known for her role as Rosie Webster on Coronation Street - separated from former Celtic player Scott Sinclair in October 2022, after almost 13 years together.
"He was like my 'one'. I remember when we first got together, I was so in love with him. He was like the best thing that ever happened to me really because he was just like, My life. We had a really nice relationship. It was really special. And obviously, we had three children together.
"It's really weird when you start dating and you've been with someone for 13 years," she admitted. "You're totally out of touch. Like, totally...I didn't have a clue what I was doing." Helen and Scott had initially planned to marry in 2024, with the former reality TV star even revealing she'd found the location for the special event.
