Stacey Warnock's death has left friends and family heartbroken.
Tributes have been paid online to a 'lovely' Airdrie woman who was found death within a house in the town.
We reported earlier that police raced to the street just before 8am following reports of an incident. They confirmed an investigation has been launched into the circumstances, with a 52-year-old man arrested and charged in connection.Friends posted online in tribute to the 51-year-old who died just days before Christmas.Julie Murdoch said: "Unbelievably sad, just truly awful . Heartbreaking, my childhood friend.
Floral tributes have also been laid out in front of the property, with candles also placed along the driveway. A police cordon remains at the home as the investigation continues.
