The central criminal court heard how Dunn, 19, said ‘don’t let me die’ after the crash, witness Jennifer Hewitt said. Weeks after the crash, Sacoolas left the UK and claimed diplomatic immunity as she worked for the US State Department at the time.Charles and her husband Tim Dunn have, filing a suit against Sacoolas that reached an agreement last year.
