Nicholas also argued that he poses a"significant flight risk," telling the court Bickford indicated he intended to travel across the United States after leaving New York City and had bought an Amtrak ticket to Miami. He also allegedly said he considered all government officials targets because they couldn't be proper Muslims given the United States government's support of Israel.
