Arthur Malaj was the subject of an arrest warrant after he left court before he was sentenced
Malaj, of Halifax, committed the offences in 2011 when the victim was aged 14, Bradford Crown Court heard.The allegations against the former vendor came to light in 2018 when the victim reported him to the police. Recorder Simon Kealey KC told Bradford Crown Court on Tuesday how Malaj also touched the complainant inappropriately and he had also kissed her.
