Police patrols increased after groups of teenagers 'throw stones at cars' and 'harass staff' in restaurants
Police have increased patrols across Salford following reports of teenagers 'throwing stones at cars', 'harassing staff' at restaurants and 'causing a nuisance' for the public.
Officers identified suspects from CCTV enquiries after cars were reportedly pelted with stones and staff working in nearby restaurants were harrassed by the youths.In response, police patrols across Salford have been increased and investigations are underway to identify the teens wreaking havoc in the area.
“While our work is ongoing, I would ask parents to know what their children get up to. If your child is spending hours away in the evening and at night-time, it is important to know what they could be doing, both for their safety and the safety of others.
