Thousands of Brits struggle with the deficiency
We all feel tired from time to time, especially after a bad night's sleep or a busy day. But if you're feeling it all the time, it could be a sign of a rare condition.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has issued guidelines to watch out for signs including fatigue and brain fog. There are currently 46,000 Brits struggling with vitamin B12 deficiency, with vegans and one in 10 over 75s more likely to be affected. Vitamin B12 deficiency can also cause symptoms that affect your brain and nervous system , including:
