Since then, then Gemma, 38, and Gorka, 32, have welcomed their first child, daughter Mia, in 2019, got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2021 and just last month they welcomed their second child, baby boy Thiago, into the world.But it appears technology wants to remind Gemma of the times before children as her iPhone created a video featuring snaps of herself and Gorka on a sun-soaked holiday.
And fans were also keen to respond as they shared some supportive comments about where the pair are at in their life right now. @baillie.alison said: "Think of where you both are now though with two beautiful children and a wonderful life together."
