Gemma had surprised her dancer beau with a delicious-looking cake, which appeared to be Biscoff flavoured, between them as well as some cards, including a special homemade one, and a present wrapped in pink unicorn paper. "33. And grateful for everything in life…" Gorka captioned his post to his 821,000 followers with a red love heart. He then added: "Ps: thank you for my pre-birthday surprise @glouiseatkinson."
