GMB's Richard Arnold is sick live on air after downing grisly smoothie

Good Morning Britain presenter Richard Arnold couldn’t hold back his queasiness live on the air, after he was forced to drink a gruesome smoothie in an I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! style task.

The fittingly named task required Richard to answer five questions, each worth stars, before getting his hands on grisly creepy crawlies including mealworms and cockroaches, and downing a suspicious ‘ofal’ smoothie, in one minute. As the countdown began, Richard grabbed the ofal smoothie as he prepared to drink, saying: “I am shaking!”, before emptying the glass.

“Oh…oh its disgusting….,” he said with a grim face, with some of the smoothie still left on his chin. After composing himself, Richard joked back in response: “I love this company’s duty of care.”“You get all the stars!” Susanna said in agreement.
