Kate Garraway has told fans how her family holiday ended in a hospital dash when her mum tripped and broke her foot on the way to the beach
Kate Garraway's mum was rushed to hospital during their first family holiday without husband Derek Draper after she broke her foot.
Good Morning Britain host Kate took to Instagram to share the news with her one million followers, in a post where her mum posed with a nurse. "Thanks to the typically wonderful #nhs team at #bodmin hospital and particularly wonderful Ruth we managed to get her booted and safely home for further treatment.
One fan commented: "If anyone needs a break and some good luck it’s you Kate! Your positive attitude throughout is amazing."
