A brazen TK Maxx employee stole £900 in small sums by hiding the cash in his underwear
Brian McCuaig swiped the money from the Glasgow Fort branch between July and August 2019. The 34-year-old committed the crime by refunding duplicated returns and taking the cash for himself.
Prosecutor Ross Canning said: "He managed to achieve this by duplicating returned items and thereafter refunding the money back on to the customer's card.
