William Allan-Hardie was employed as a support worker in Glasgow when the incidents occurred between May 2020 and December 2021 with his actions condemned as 'abuse of [his] colleague'.
A Glasgow care worker has been struck off after it was found he had sent a string of inappropriate texts to a colleague.
He also texted his colleagues inappropriate images on a number of occasions, including an Anti-Catholic picture on December 11, 2021.Prior to December 31, 2021, Mr Allan-Hardie was also found to have said to his colleague "nice a**e" and “looking good today”. The decision reads: "Social service workers are expected not to abuse, neglect or harm people who use services, carers or their colleagues. They are expected not to put themselves or others at unnecessary risk of harm.
