Police Scotland issued the warning against anti-social behaviour as the weather is expected to turn warmer in the coming months, meaning more people will be making their way to the west end park.
Glasgow police have warned members of the public that anti-social behaviour in Kelvingrove Park this summer "will not be tolerated".
The area has been a focal point for underage drinking and disruption in previous years, but police say there has been a "positive change" recently.Chief Inspector Paul Douglas said: "Over the last two years we have seen a positive change in the behaviours in the park. Families, many members of our communities, tourists and visitors have enjoyed our wonderful city and the beautiful scenery Kelvingrove Park has to offer.
"As we head into the lighter evenings, and hopefully better weather, Police Scotland is once again working closely with Glasgow City Council to prevent repeated incidents of antisocial behaviour from occurring in and around Kelvingrove Park. Throughout the summer seasons we will have police and council resources in the park area for your safety."
