The annual Readers' Choice Awards from Condé Nast Traveller have revealed that Glasgow is the second best city in the UK, beaten out only by Cambridge by 1.47 points - and coming in ahead of London.

Their annual Readers' Choice Awards look for the best hotels, resorts, cities, countries, islands, transport lines and more - against a set criteria. Over 240,000 readers submitted responses, revealing their favourite spots across the world.
