Glasgow South West Foodbank is asking for help in providing vital supplies for those in need over the festive period. The charity acknowledged that more people are struggling this year amid the cost of living crisis but urged anyone with the means to support them. A statement on social media reads: "It's that time of year again. Christmas, sadly, is our busiest time. This year things are harder for all of us, but please help us if you can. You can donate at our Ibrox and Cardonald branches or, we have collection points in Asda Govan, Co-op Ibrox and Tesco Silverburn."
