The force was called at around 12.30pm on Monday afternoon to Dumbreck Court following reports of the discovery.and investigations are underway at the scene.A cordon is in place around bins at the back of the building and bins to the front.Residents appear to be allowed to enter and exit the building.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.
“A post-mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death which, at this time, police are treating as suspicious."We will continue to have a police presence in the area and anyone with concerns can approach these officers.”
