Richard Grady has been given a warning after his actions caused a young girl to suffer tissue damage to her arm when he dragged her from the floor after she refused to go to her room.

A social care worker has been given a warning after injuring a teenage girl by dragging her by the arm.

A 16-year-old girl had refused to go to her room prompting Grady to use "inappropriate physical force" by removing her from the sofa and pulling her by the arm.While the girl was on the floor, he repeatedly dragged her by the arm causing her to sustain a soft tissue injury to the shoulder.
