The group made the announcement via social media just hours before their first Glasgow show on Friday (September 1) with travis flying back to the States due to a 'family matter'.
Blink 182 fans in Glasgow have been left gutted after their favourite band was forced to cancel some of their upcoming gigs.
Posting a statement online, they said: “Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States.“The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.” The American rock band is formed of bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus, guitarist/vocalist Tom DeLonge, and drummer Travis Barker who is married to Kourtney Kardashian.
One said: "Gutted about @blink182 postponing their gig in Glasgow. However I hope all is well with @travisbarker family."
