"We would like to pay special tribute to the team of staff working that evening who could not have done more to deal with what was a terribly difficult situation.
"We would also like to thank those medically trained guests staying with us who administered emergency first aid, allowing the Horsley Hale Farm team to look after family members, other guests and effectively get the emergency services on site as soon as possible.
