Mykola Volkivskyi, president of The First International Ukrainian Foundation of Development and former adviser to the chairman of the Rada Parliament of Ukraine, said the delivery of tanks to Ukraine is “revolutionary” and a “decisive step that will turn the tide of the war”.: “These are generous gifts from the member countries, which together can make up about 100 active and ready for combat vehicles of the new generation.
