Gemma is pushed to make a deal with her ex-boyfriend Henry Newton in order to save the Rovers Return plus Stephen panics when evidence is found in relation to Rufus' death
Jenny Bradley fights to save the Rovers in latest Coronation Street spoilers, and puts on an event in an attempt to impress the Newtons and coerce them into buying the pub. But the event is thrown into chaos when Glenda Shuttleworth loses her voice and they book an elderly man to sing instead.
George takes his save the pub campaign even further and suggests to Gemma Winter that given their romantic history, she should use her womanly wiles to change Henry’s mind. Later, Gemma feels bad about the pub going up for sale when she feels she could put a stop to it. In the precinct, Gemma meets up with Henry and tells him that if he promises to save the pub, she’ll accept his job offer.
