Little man still lovely and comfy #40weeks," Gemma captioned the post to her 1.8 million followers while also adding the Elton John track 'I'm Still Standing'. @louisebillington commented: "That’s boys for you, always keeping you waiting. you look fab." @sammy_s_m_i_t_h replied: "The only fella that would ever keep you waiting!
