WBC and lineal heavyweight champion of the world Tyson Fury is back in the boxing ring on Saturday night as he takes on the former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia.Tyson Fury enters the boxing ring for the first time since December last year when he defended his WBC heavyweight title by beating Derek Chisora at Wembley Stadium, his sixth win in a row.
The 34-year-old stands at 6'9", a whole five inches taller than his opponent on Saturday night, and takes an undefeated 33-0-1 record into the bout with him. The Cameroonian has not fought professionally since defending and unifying his UFC heavyweight title against Cyril Gane in Anaheim, California back in January 2022, a year before he left the UFC following contract disagreements.
