It is causing a great deal of frustration
Drivers have hit out at the state on a Nottinghamshire road that is getting 'worse and worse' for potholes. Some have complained that their tyres have even been popped because of the state of High Street in Arnold.
Arnold resident Jackie Jackson, 70, said: “I’m not surprised. It’s bad everywhere, It’s dangerous to try to avoid them. You can’t avoid them, some you can’t possibly avoid them.”Her husband, Alan Jackson, 85, added: “People try to avoid the potholes and it’s dangerous.” 74-year-old Richard Deakin, of Arnold, added: “It’s awful, as you can see this road is pretty bad. It’s a constant issue, unfortunately it’s everywhere you go, not just Arnold.”
