Friend's emotional tribute to 'good kid' Leeds boy Jordan Walker killed in motorbike crash

The Leeds schoolboy, 15, died on Sunday July 24 following a motorbike crash and leaves behind his "devastated" mum. Jordan was pronounced dead at the scene around 9.14pm, by police, after riding his motorbike into a lamppost down Temple Newsam Road.

The news of Jordan's tragic death has shaken up people in Leeds and hundreds of tributes have poured in. To pay tribute, his family and friends, including his mum, gathered on Monday evening for a firework display in his honour. She added: "Not a day went by where you [Jordan] didn’t put a smile on everyone’s faces. Rest in paradise beautiful. We love you bro."

Floral tributes have been left at the scene of the crash on Temple Newsam Road, along with messages and photographs of the teenage victim. Members of the public have also been sharing their tributes across social media platforms.
