Alice Carey, prosecuting, said: "He appeared to be intoxicated and when police officers approached he was immediately hostile, shouting and swearing towards them."Defence agent Ian Scott said: "Since the age of nine he has laboured with a brain injury caused by a road traffic collision."However, he struggles with most aspects of daily life."
