New 225-home development unveiled at Scartho Top by Lia Nici MP and Olympian Rosalind Brett
Former Team GB swimmer, Rosalind Brett, and Great Grimsby's MP, Lia Nici, recently inaugurated a show home for the 225-home Regency Meadows development at Scartho Top. The duo marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Persimmon Homes, the developer behind this project, received approval for the development last year.
Lia Nici MP expressed her delight, stating,"Attending the opening of Persimmon’s new show home at Regency Meadows was truly a pleasure. It was wonderful to engage with the local team at the development." All 225 homes will showcase Persimmon’s revamped housing range, boasting innovative design enhancements.
She remarked,"Scartho Top, with its proximity to both scenic countryside and the coast, presents an ideal living environment. Our range of homes caters to first-time buyers, those looking to upgrade, and individuals seeking to downsize."
