A former employee of GCHQ has pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of a US government employee who worked there at the same time as him.
Joshua Bowles, 29, pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of the woman who was only referred to in court as 99230. The victim was stabbed outside a leisure centre on Tommy Taylors Lane in Cheltenham at about 21:15 GMT on 9 March.
