The local authority alongside North Lanarkshire Council and NHS Lanarkshire is holding a special 7-aside football tournament at Ravenscraig on September 13 to help raise awareness about suicide prevention. Teams who wish to enter will have to pay a £10 donation to charity and captain and team names should be submitted via email atLocal services including Suicide Prevention North Lanarkshire and Every Life Matters Suicide Prevention in South Lanarkshire are involved in the event.
