The killer pounced at a Dollar General store in the city of Jacksonville on Saturday.
It comes after the shooter was spotted on a university campus putting on a ballistics vest. They were then seen running away from security guards. Three people and the shooter, have been shot dead, according to local press.
She said: "The is unacceptable. One shooting is too much but these mass shootings are really hard to take." Mayor Deegan was seen talking to District 13 State Representative Angie Nixon at the scene. Mrs Nixon said the situation was “tragic” and she was trying to calm local people down. She also mentioned that the alleged shooter is dead, but that has not been confirmed. Multiple sources claim the shooter has been killed at the store, according to WJXT4.
