FIVE people were rushed to hospital after a car ploughed into pedestrians on a busy Edinburgh street.Cops today confirmed two women aged 50 and 42, a 54-year-old man, an 11-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl were rushed to hospital after being struck by a Volkswagen Golf.The 50-year-old woman’s condition is described by hospital staff as stable.Officers said a 53-year-old man has been arrested and released pending further enquiry.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.
