First picture of young man killed after being struck by car as devastated pals pay tribute
Emergency services were called to the Broomhouse area of the capital after a pedestrian was struck by a motor at 7am on July 4. Medics tragically pronounced a 21-year-old man dead at the scene a short time later.Friends of the young man have taken to social media to post tributes, calling him a "funny lad" and a "good friend".
A fifth friend commented: "A good friend...ain't good to hear when I saw him a good few days and his family are good neighbours. [Love] to the family."
