The reality star said she's 'getting comfortable with being uncomfortable'
The former The Only Way Is Essex Star welcomed her second daughter, and first child with fiancé Lorri Haines, earlier this summer. Finty Francis Haines-McCann was born on July 6, with Ferne revealing her gender and name in an Instagram post.
Ferne posted a photo of herself wearing a grey gym set and a Fitbit watch, with her hair swept back into a low bun. In one photo she is facing the camera front-on, showing off her post-baby body. In another she is stood facing to the left, giving a profile of her figure. She went on to vow that she is 'getting uncomfortable with the uncomfortable' and recognised: "It’s up to me to start making some healthy changes to my life to start feeling strong physically and mentally and comfortable in my own skin." She shared her plans to get 'back on track' by eating more nourishing food, taking walks and committing to exercising three times a week.
