Ilia Gruev had his work cut out on his full Leeds United debut at Stoke City, but Daniel Farke was pleased with what he saw from the Bulgarian. Gruev has had to be patient since joining the Whites from Werder Bremen on the penultimate day of the summer transfer window.
As such, the 23-year-old struggled to make the desired impression on the travelling Whites support, who saw their side eventually succumb to a third defeat of the season.
