Concerns are growing for a missing man last seen at a festival in Northamptonshire. Gboyega Odubanjo, aged 27, attended Shambala festival in Kelmash over the weekend with friends and was last seen at around 4am on Saturday, August 26.
“Specialist officers have been searching the area in case something untoward has happened to Gboyega, but at this stage there is no evidence or suggestion of criminality and this remains a missing persons enquiry. We appreciate the love and concern that is being shown for Gboyega, but would continue to ask that no-one attempts to conduct their own search for him due to the risks posed by the nature of the terrain.
Mr Odubanjo's family has also issued a statement following the worrying news. They said: “Gboyega is a loving and caring son who means the world to our family. He is currently studying for his PhD in Creative Writing at the University of Hertfordshire; He has a warm and infectious personality, a contagious smile, and a heart full of kindness.
