Famed Manchester pasta kitchen makes mysterious announcement about new restaurant
One of Manchester's most popular pasta kitchens is teasing plans to open a fourth restaurant in the city centre - and it’s leaving diners very excited.
Sud, which takes its name from the Italian word for ‘south’, announced via an ‘ominous’ post on social media that a forth restaurant is due to open in Manchester city centre very soon."We're opening a brand new kitchen in central Manchester," an image posted on Instagram said. "Undisclosed location. Undisclosed menu. W/c 21/8/23."
It also led to some sharing their demands for a Sud restaurant closer to their home. “Not quite prestwich," one joked. Another wrote: "Can you open one in Macclesfield please," while another even further afield said: "Snakes that it’s not London / Oxford / cardiff / Bristol aka nearer to me.”
