Danelo Cavalcante, a Brazilian man convicted of murder just over two weeks ago, escaped from Chester County Prison around 8.50am on Thursday morning. ‘If you see him – do not approach him,’ Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan said. ‘He is considered extremely dangerous.’
