Snoring can cause lots of health problems if it isn't addressed

The most common reason for snoring, he says, is excess fat in the neck narrowing the airways, particularly when lying down. Snoring can cause issues in the night and naturally leads to sleep deprivation. That leads to increased hunger, drowsiness, high risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure as well as weight gain.
"To keep the weight off for good, the online programme continues to give you meal plans, advice and exercise plans to turn a diet into a lifestyle." The health expert also told people to measure their neck circumference. For men, this should be less than 17 inches and for women less than 16 inches. It’s also a good idea to keep an eye on this and take regular measurements.
