'Big Sam' has been linked with the Rangers job after being out of work since leaving Leeds United
Former Leeds United manager Sam Allardyce has admitted it would be an 'honour' if he was asked to be the next manager of Rangers.
But Allardyce, who is out of work after leaving Leeds in the summer, has also been linked and was asked directly whether he would consider a return to management in Glasgow. He told Tippy Tappy Football: "If they came and asked me and talked to me, it would be an honour at Rangers. 'Big Sam' has also managed the likes of Bolton Wanderers, Newcastle United, Blackburn Rovers, West Ham United, Sunderland, Everton, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League and was also manager of England for a brief stint in 2016.
