Eurovision fans have praised the "best Liverpool welcome" as crowds headed to the city this afternoon.
The ECHO has spoken to many excited fans travelling for miles for the spectacular sights, as they are all quick to praise the city.Eurovision fans David Lever, 58, and Nigel May, 54, travelled from Brighton for the week after they managed to get tickets for all the Eurovision dress rehearsals and the Grand Final on Saturday, spending around £1,400 in total. Nigel said: "Of all the Eurovisions I’ve been to, my best welcome has been Liverpool. It’s been amazing.
