Some McDonald's restaurants have even sectioned off tables solely for the use of delivery drivers to sit at while they wait for their orders
Whether it's your weekly supermarket shop, a meal from your favourite fast food joint or just about anything imaginable from the likes of Amazon, there are few things you can't buy online and have delivered to the door the same day.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed that McDonald's has somewhat lost its 'fast food' status because of the number of delivery drivers gathering in groups by the counters to collect their orders. I have nothing against them - or the way people can order from the comfort of their own homes - but these days it can take up to 15 minutes for your food to be ready.
A few months ago I visited McDonald's at Ewood in Blackburn. Now, this isn't a particularly big restaurant, so seating is limited but now the likes of JustEat delivery drivers have their OWN seating section just for them while they wait!
