Liverpool are currently in action in action against Bournemouth in their second Premier League game of the season
Liverpool supporters rose to their feet and applauded during the 26th minute of their Premier League match with Bournemouth in memory of Michael Jones, who tragically lost his life earlier this week.
Jurgen Klopp and the rest of the Liverpool squad this morning turned up at Bramley Moore Dock to pay their respects to Jones. Photos taken by the ECHO shown Klopp laying a wreath of flowers at the site with a tribute that reads: "Condolences from everyone at Liverpool Football Club. YNWA." A minute's silence was also held in memory of Michael.
An Everton banner could be seen held aloft in the stands, meanwhile supporters could also be heard singing 'You'll Never Walk Alone' amid warm applause.
